Capable of both threaded worm wheel (generating grinding) and profile grinding, the Kapp KX300P CNC Gear Grinder is a fully automated workcell from Kapp of Coburg, Germany.

Studer Introduces Model S41 CNC Universal Grinder with Linear Drives

Dear Grinding Enthusiast:

Studer CNC Universal Grinders has introduced the Studer Model S41CNC Universal Grinder. Powered by linear drives and utilizing direct drives on both the workhead and wheeelhead, it provides accuracy second to none.

The work envelope has also been increased to 550 mm (22″) diameter capacity with up to 1500 mm (63″) between centres.  Out of round grinding also just became far more exciting with dramatically increased workhead torque.
